About the Module 7

This module equips participants with the knowledge and tools to design impactful and inclusive International Business (IB) courses. Through a combination of theory and practical application, participants will explore major educational philosophies—behaviorist, constructivist, experiential, and cognitive—and their influence on IB education design. The course examines the internal and external forces shaping curriculum development, including accreditation standards (AACSB, EFMD), global frameworks (PRME), and institutional priorities.

Key topics include integrating DEI principles, using digital and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain), selecting effective teaching and assessment methods, and designing accessible and inclusive content. Participants will also engage with expert educators and apply Bloom’s Taxonomy to define learning objectives and materials. By the end of the module, participants will develop a personal approach to IB teaching and learning, ready to innovate within their own educational contexts.
